1. Hello, could you introduce yourself in a few words?

Hello, my name’s Stéphane Chicheri, head of training at École Lenôtre. During my career I have worked for St Clair Traiteur, Dalloyau and now Lenôtre.

2. When and how did the passion for cooking / pastries come together for you?

My background is that of both a professional cook and a pastry chef, but most of all I’m a foodie. Food has always been obvious for me, combined with my desire to serve people, to delight them and to welcome them.

3. Why Maison Lenôtre?

I previously worked for the Saint Clair caterer where I spent some good years. I then came to join Chef Guy Krenzer to supervise management of École Lenôtre.
