1. Who is Éric Finon ?

In 1993, Chef Eric Finon, a Best Craftsman of France in cuisine and gastronomy, joined Maison Lenôtre. As a pastry chef, he climbed the ranks and eight years later found himself leading a team of over 40 people within the company, becoming the Head Chef of the gastronomy branch in the French Riviera.
