“Learn by doing” is the credo of the Lenôtre vocational school, which favors the practice and experience of precise gestures. By choosing the certifying training course, our students live 7 months at the rhythm of Maison Lenôtre, in immersion with the best chefs. At the heart of a gastronomic environment where the diversity of profession and workshops is a richness, students in search of excellence acquire the fundamentals and quickly gain access to a high level of qualification.

The objective


The training lasts approximately 7 months, is intense, comprehensive and successful. In 25 weeks, without going through a long initial training, the chef-teachers of the Lenôtre School of Culinary Arts are committed to passing on the know-how of the Lenôtre house by learning the fundamental gestures and essential techniques in the cuisine or patisserie, which will make you a qualified professional (professional baccalaureate level).

Our strengths


Students will benefit from 21 weeks of intensive training (840 hours), including 2 weeks of training with titled famous chefs and then completed by 4 weeks of internship in the Lenôtre places or in establishments selected by the school, complete the training. We provided classes with a limited number of 12 students.

Our place


The Lenôtre School of Culinary Arts is two training centers in Ile-de-France. As of March 1, 2021, Ecole Lenôtre is moving to Rungis in the heart of one of the largest markets for gastronomy suppliers. A strategic location for optimal quality of teaching. The second cooking school is currently located in the heart of the manufacturing workshops, in Plaisir.
