The transmission of know-how
As part of our partnership with Elle & Vire Professionnel, we had the pleasure of welcoming Maxime Guérin, pastry chef at the Maison de l’Excellence, for a demonstration aimed at students on long-term courses. This was a highlight in terms of knowledge transfer and exchange, fully in line with the teaching and learning methods of the Lenôtre School.
