After working in prestigious establishments in Spain, Jordi Bordas joined the Spanish team that won the Pastry World Cup in 2011. Building on this expertise, he founded the Jordi Bordas Pastry School in 2015. Passionate about innovation, he developed the B-concept, a method for creating recipes from the ground up. Today, he continues to innovate and to train the next generations of pastry chefs.
