
PORTRAIT
Paul Marcon grew up surrounded by nature, sport, and cooking. Trained at the hospitality school in Thonon-les-Bains, he went on to refine his skills in Lyon and then in Stockholm alongside renowned chefs. Passionate about competition, he competed three times in WorldSkills before reaching the world final in 2017. He won the Jean Delaveyne Trophy in 2022, followed by the Bocuse d’Or in 2025.
Today, he has joined the family establishment in Saint-Bonnet-le-Froid alongside his brother Jacques and his father Régis Marcon (Bocuse d’Or 1995).
