1. Who is Thomas Subrin
Thomas Subrin, the French Bread Baking Champion of 2007, started his career as a baker at the Hôtel Métropole Monte-Carlo, working in the kitchen of Joël Robuchon. He then became the head baker at LBP-Monaco before joining the teams at Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer. In 2012, he achieved the 5th position at the Coupe du Monde de la Boulangerie (World Bakery Cup), and in May 2019, he officially received the title of “One of the Best Craftsmen of France” in the field of baking (Meilleur Ouvrier de France).
