
PORTRAIT
Samuel and Mathis are originally from Zimmersheim and have shared a common passion since childhood: pastry making. At the age of 15, the twins began a CAP apprenticeship to turn this passion into a profession. Both trained in Mulhouse before continuing their studies in Paris. They were crowned French Champions of Croquembouche (a structure of cream-filled choux and caramel) in 2022. On January 20, during the SIGEP 2026 competitions in Rimini, Italy, they together won the title of Junior Pastry World Champions.
