1. Who is Etienne Leroy ?
It was by chance, during a visit to Canada at his uncle’s place, that the young prodigy discovered his innate talent and passion for pastry and sugar. He then discovered the infinite possibilities of sweets by being sensitive and attentive to the simple and genuine flavors of the ingredients he worked with. The pastry chef went through the most prestigious establishments before becoming the World Pastry Champion in 2017.
