1. Who is Fabrice Brunet ?

The pursuit of excellence is what defines Chef Fabrice Brunet, who was crowned the Best Craftsman of France (MOF) in 2011. Having worked at renowned establishments such as Fouquet’s and Taillevent, he offers honest and authentic cuisine that showcases his passion for fresh and simple ingredients. He brings his high standards and passion to Maison Lenôtre as the Chef of the Creation Workshops under the guidance of his mentor, Guy Krenzer.
