  • Explanation of the selected ingredients based on the theme and season
  • Preparation of products and creation of recipes
  • Tasting of the prepared dishes

  • September 15, 2023 – Nomad Menu “Artichoke and beefsteak”, “Duck confit like a moussaka” and “Millefeuille”.
  • October 24, 2023 – Mushroom Menu “Seasonal salad”, “Fish and side dish” and “Mont-Blanc”.
  • November 21, 2023 – “Coleslow” Thanksgiving Menu, “Turkey, Potatoes & Apple Berries” and “Pie
