The son of a restaurateur, Tom Meyer began his career alongside Anne-Sophie Pic before working in prestigious establishments such as Lameloise and the Hôtel de Ville de Crissier. In 2021, he opened Granite in Paris, earning a Michelin star. Deeply connected to his Jura roots, he seeks to reflect them in his creations. In 2023, he was awarded the title of Meilleur Ouvrier de France, before taking over as head chef of La Chèvre d’Or in Èze in July 2024.
